In the prestigious Jubilee Park, just steps away from the city centre and the European institutions, the Royal Military Museum offers a large array of venues for receptions, cocktails, press conferences, etc. Our galleries, each with a specific ambiance, can welcome between 60 and 1,500 guests.

Arcades  (Up to 150 guests)

The archway gallery, with its beautiful vaulted ceilings, brings the French Empire to life. The same room also houses a collection of rare musical instruments.
The staircase leads up to the terraces situated on either side of the bronze four-in-hand on top of the archway. The view over Brussels, 85 meters above ground level, is simply breath-taking.

Arms and Armour Gallery (Up to 250 guests)

The gallery presents the defensive armament of the mediaeval knight, from the simple coat of mail to a the full armour. The magnificently embellished armours and the fine hunting weapons lend the set-up quite some character.

Historic Gallery (Up to 350 guests)

A multitude of Belgian flags, swords and paintings adorn this rather quaint room. Time seems to have come to a standstill here. The decor indeed largely goes back to the 1920’s, when the Museum took its quarters in Jubilee Park. The collections trace Belgian military history, from 1830 to the eve of the First World War.

Bordiau Gallery (Up to 1,080 guests) 

The Bordiau gallery counts three floors, but only the ground floor welcomes events. The two giant rose windows guarantee a spectacular light.

14-18 Gallery (Up to 1,200 guests)

The wax mannequins and the old showcases give this room an undeniable charm. A collection of uniforms, artillery pieces or tanks is displayed in a traditional fashion. The First World War Gallery takes you on a trip around the world and visits all the fronts of the “Great War”.

The Aviation Hall (Up to 1,500 guests)

The large hall, with its imposing steel and glass structure, houses an impressive array of flying machines. A 19th century balloon and a supersonic fighter plane stand side by side. The sheer size of the place (170 m long, 70 m wide and 40 m high) allows for large-scale events.
